Shipping is to the lower 48 states unless agreed upon prior to purchase - All Large and or heavy items (over 100lbs) will be shipped insured common freight carrier to a commercial business with a dock or LTL freght center in a major metro city. 

All shipping quotes, unless specified otherwise, are for major metro cities, dock-to-dock (business-to-business/non-residential) rates and are one time rates. This means the buyer must have the ability and equipment to unload the freight. If freight is unable to be unloaded at the time of delivery and must be returned, there will be an additional cost.  All additional costs over and above the quoted rate are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed accordingly. All lift gate/home deliveries are at additional cost to the buyer.  

** Very Important**
Inspect all item(s) carefully and only accept the freight (signature required) if the freight has not been damaged in shipping. We strongly recommend completely unpacking the item(s) and inspecting before you sign the bill of lading. Once you sign the bill of lading, this relieves the shipping company and Seller of all damage claims. 

In the rare event you accepted the freight and later found hidden damage it will be your (Buyer's) responsibility to file a claim with the freight company. Please note that 90% of the time the shipper will blame damage on you after you accept item. We'll provide any necessary paperwork for you to file a claim with the freight company.

Returns
Our return policy is as follows: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods immediately upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty it will be replaced or money will be refunded at Geothermal Products' discretion. If a customer orders the wrong product or chooses to return the product, the return will not be granted.  Items that have been installed are not returnable. The return period is only valid for 14 days from date of sale.

A 15% restocking fee and all freight costs may apply to all returns or cancellations on this product. 

Warranty is through manufacture only. Please read manufactures warranty carefully as certain manufactures have stipulations in their warranties concerning internet sales or diy sales. Equipment is intended for installation by trained Professionals.
